1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or applying to any campaign on Refer & Earn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and own the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Campaign participation

Rewards are earned only for genuine, verified engagement. Submitting fraudulent proof, fake engagement, or bot activity is strictly prohibited and may result in reversal of earnings, suspension, or a ban.

4. Verification & rewards

All submissions are subject to AI and manual review. Earnings move through pending, verified, payable, and paid states. Refer & Earn may freeze or reverse entries where fraud is suspected.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed manually to the bank details on your payout profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and any applicable taxes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Provisions relating to fraud, reversal, and liability survive termination.
