Welcome to Nepalization. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Nepalization, a viral referral and social growth platform available at https://nepalization.com.

By using Nepalization, creating an account, connecting a social media account, joining a referral campaign, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Nepalization

Nepalization helps users, creators, businesses, and campaign owners manage referral activity, social account connections, campaign participation, and social growth workflows.

Nepalization may allow users to connect third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through secure OAuth authorization.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Nepalization account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use Nepalization only for lawful purposes.

You must not create fake accounts, abuse referral rewards, manipulate campaign tracking, or use automated systems to generate false engagement.

3. Social Platform Connections

Nepalization may allow you to connect Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.

When you connect a social platform, you authorize Nepalization to access only the permissions approved by you and allowed by the relevant platform.

Nepalization does not ask for or store your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok password.

Connected platform access may be used for:

• Identifying your connected social profile
• Showing connected account status
• Supporting referral campaign participation
• Measuring social reach where permission is granted
• Helping you manage your own campaign/integration settings

4. Facebook and Instagram

If you connect Facebook or Instagram, Nepalization may request permission-based access through Meta OAuth. Depending on the approved permissions, this may include basic profile information, page/account connection status, engagement-related permission, or other approved data required for referral and campaign features.

Nepalization does not sell Facebook or Instagram data.

5. TikTok

If you connect TikTok, Nepalization may request TikTok Login Kit permissions such as basic profile, profile information, and account statistics if approved by TikTok and authorized by you.

TikTok data may be used to identify your connected account and support referral/social campaign features.

Nepalization does not post TikTok content on your behalf unless a separate posting feature is clearly provided and separately authorized by you.

6. Referral Campaigns

Referral activity may be tracked through referral links, campaign codes, user signups, connected accounts, and approved platform data.

You agree not to misuse the referral system, create fake referrals, manipulate tracking, or use spammy, misleading, or illegal promotional methods.

Nepalization reserves the right to suspend accounts or reject rewards where fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or policy violation is detected.

Campaign participation and rewards are subject to the following:

• Campaign participation may be limited by a required number of promoters.
• Once a campaign reaches its promoter target, new applications may be closed or waitlisted.
• Rewards may vary by platform and by campaign.
• A pay-per-share reward applies only after the related share proof has been reviewed and approved. Submitting a proof does not guarantee payment.
• Fraudulent or unverifiable shares may be rejected, and no reward is paid for them.
• Promoter accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be paused; you can reactivate a paused account by logging in again.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Use Nepalization for spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or misleading campaigns
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Reverse engineer or attack the platform
• Misuse Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other third-party APIs
• Violate any third-party platform policy

8. Third-Party Platforms

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other third-party services are not owned or controlled by Nepalization.

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and developer rules.

Nepalization is not responsible for interruptions, API changes, app review decisions, account restrictions, permission changes, or service limitations imposed by third-party platforms.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of Nepalization is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at https://nepalization.com/privacy-policy.

10. Service Availability

Nepalization aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be improved, suspended, or discontinued when required for security, compliance, maintenance, or business reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nepalization shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Termination

Nepalization may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse referral features, violate social platform policies, or create security/compliance risks.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
