User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

If you logged in or connected to Nepalization through Facebook, Instagram, or Meta, you can request deletion of your app-related data. To do so, send an email to nepalisation@gmail.com.

We recommend using the subject line "Delete My Facebook App Data". In your email, please include the following details so we can locate and verify your account:

• Your full name
• Your Nepalization account email
• Your Facebook or Instagram email, if available
• Your account or profile link, if available

2. What happens next

Once we receive your request, Nepalization will delete or anonymize your app-related data, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, wallet ledger, payout, or financial compliance reasons. In those cases, we keep only the minimum data necessary and for only as long as required.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within about 5 business days, and to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

3. Remove the app from Facebook

To remove Nepalization from your Facebook account, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find Nepalization → Remove. After removal, you may request deletion of app-related data by contacting us.
